Kimberly L. Kelly
Kimberly L. Kelly has been practicing law for more than 20 years, concentrating her practice in Guardianships, Conservatorships, Probate/Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Special Needs Planning, Trust Administration, MassHealth Planning, and Residential Real Estate Services. She opened her own law practice in 2010.
Attorney Kelly received her law degree from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts and her undergraduate degree from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts. Upon graduating from law school, she clerked for the Probate and Family Court, serving Middlesex, Essex and Suffolk Counties, and in this role, she worked directly with several of the Judges and became familiar with the policies and procedures of the Probate and Family Court.
She maintains membership with the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Essex County Bar Association. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is active with Special Needs Steering Committee. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
